When will my order ship?
All US domestic orders are processed within 5 to 8 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. International shipping may take longer. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that potential delays may occur due to a high volume of orders or postal service problems that are outside of our control.
How much does shipping cost/how is shipping calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated based on item type, weights, and quantity. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@shopluji.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Can I return or cancel my order?
All sales are final. Each item you purchase is made-to-order so we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please double check your size and quantity of items before purchasing.
To cancel an order, please let us know within 24hrs of purchasing. Once an order is sent out for production, we cannot make any more changes to your order.

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shopluji.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
