Returns

All sales are final. Each item you purchase is made-to-order so we do not accept any returns or exchanges. Please double check your size and quantity of items before purchasing.

Cancellations

To cancel an order, please let us know within 24hrs of purchasing. Once an order is sent out for production, we cannot make any more changes to your order.

Damages and issues

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@shopluji.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Size changes

If you need to change apparel sizes, please contact us within 24hrs of purchasing. Once an order is sent out for production, we cannot make any more changes to your order. We do not accept returns on items for exchanges, so please double check your size and quantity of items before purchasing. 

Refunds

If a cancellation of your order is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
